Material :

Aluminium, steel galvanized or stainless steel

• Steel S235 galvanized and painted
• Stainless steel  304 ou 316, entirely passivated and sand blasted

Otional: hot powder coated, color ac. to RAL

Construction :

Mechanically welded assembly in smooth sheet metal 3-5 mm thick. Assembly by TIG welding Frame to screw or seal (width approximately 60-75 mm)

Door leaf, single or double skin, in folded steel sheet with shaped edges and with stiffeners if necessary

Opening towards the outside or inside (on request)

Closure for lock with cremone and barrel integrated into the structure.

Option :

Anti-intrusion class depending on the choice of lock (!)

Double-panel sandwich structure with insulation material Aeration grid

Electric lock with badge and e-groom suction cup 

Security :

Ant-theft lock and burglar-proof hinges, integrated into the frame and hidden when the door is closed.

Opening of the leaf(s) secured by a blocking system when the door reaches an angle of 90°

Hinges invisible when the door is closed and preventing opening in the event of breakage or removal of one of the hinges. All fixing points are inaccessible in the “door closed” position

Preparation for installation of alarm device(s)

Optional : Preparation for installation of “electromagnetic lock”
